Meet Founder Tish Hughes Born and crowned in St. Louis, MO, and now thriving in Atlanta, GA, I am the epitome of grace, grit, and growth. As a Director of Operations, Financial Services Specialist, Serial Entrepreneur, and Certified Life Coach, I wear many crowns—each representing my dedication to leadership, empowerment, and service. A Heart For Service My philanthropic heart beats for the community—committed to feeding, healing, and pouring into others through enrichment, encouragement, and empowerment… one life, one neighborhood, one soul at a time. I am deeply passionate about mental health, self-awareness, and now, more than ever, self-perseverance. I believe that embracing your many layers and standing confidently in your power is how you manifest and maintain your destiny. Why I Became a Founder of Omega Xi Delta Sorority, Incorporated My answer is beautifully simple: “We deserve people like us… in our lives.”

Meet Founder Ashlee Davis Born and rooted in royalty in Saint Louis, Missouri, I entered this world on September 14, 1992, carrying the spirit of resilience and leadership. With over a decade of experience in customer service, I’ve learned the art of meeting people where they are, solving problems with grace, and maintaining a solution-focused mindset—even under pressure. My journey has shaped me into someone who leads with compassion, patience, and an authentic desire to connect. A Heart for Service Service isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. My mission is simple yet powerful: to make a lasting impact on every life I touch. If I can reach just one soul each time I show up to serve, then I’ve fulfilled my calling. Why I Became a Founder of Omega Xi Delta Sorority, Incorporated I chose to help create Omega Xi Delta because I longed for a space where I could exist fully and authentically—where strength wasn’t mistaken for coldness and where being “different” was celebrated, not questioned. As the eldest child, I grew up fast, carrying responsibilities many couldn’t see and often without the support I truly needed. Omega Xi Delta is the sisterhood I wish I had growing up—a sanctuary of love, protection, and empowerment. My hope is that every woman who walks through our doors feels seen, heard, and never has to shrink to belong. This is more than a sorority—it’s a barrier of protection, a well of love, and a reminder that you are enough… exactly as you are.

Meet Founder Ventrese Carpenter Born on February 23rd, 1986 under the nurturing sign of Pisces, I was beautifully and wonderfully made in the heart of Chicago, Illinois. With a spirit rooted in service and a heart that delights in human connection, my professional journey led me to the world of hospitality. What started as a simple entry-level position blossomed into a fulfilling career in hotel management. Each role along the way became a stepping stone—teaching me to speak with eloquence and confidence, to serve with joy and authenticity, and to lead with both poise and purpose. My ultimate dream is to become a General Manager for a luxury hotel brand—a place where elegance meets excellence, much like the life I strive to lead. A Heart For Service Beyond my career, my true calling is to enrich, encourage, and empower the women around me. I believe in helping women transition from powerless to powerful, from overlooked to overflowing with purpose. If I can uplift even just one sister—speaking life into her heart, renewing her mind, and igniting her spirit—then my mission feels complete. Why I Became a Founder of Omega Xi Delta Sorority, Incorporated My answer is simple, yet soul-deep: I longed for a sisterhood forged in love and grown in purpose. I envisioned a space where women with aligned hearts and intertwined destinies could build something greater than themselves—a Queendom where every Queen is dedicated to crowning others. I dreamed of a home overflowing with love, hope, peace, trust, loyalty, and unwavering support. My Final Prayer: I pray that these words meet you at the very place where you need them most. I pray that my presence illuminates the darkest of spaces and that my light serves as a living example of what it means to love genuinely, live authentically, and give freely—without force, without expectation, just pure and true. I pray that who I am… will always be more than enough. And above all, I pray that my purpose is fulfilled

Meet Co Founder Mary Byes Born in Little Rock, Arkansas and raised—and proudly crowned—in St. Louis, Missouri, I am a true beacon of leadership, love, and service. A 1993 graduate of Hazelwood Central High School, I later pursued a lifelong passion for helping others by earning an Associate Degree in Nursing from Pike Lincoln Technical College in 2012. Today, I serve as the Assistant Director of Nursing at a long-term care facility in Florissant, MO—where my nurturing spirit continues to make a difference in countless lives. As natural-born leader, I am the eldest of six siblings and part of the first set of twins in my family. My role as “leader of the pack” has shaped me into the confident, driven, and compassionate woman I am today. As a proud mother of a beautiful 30-year-old daughter, I continue to lead by example—showing what it means to balance career, family, love, and purpose. A Heart For Service My philanthropic heart beats for enrichment, encouragement, and empowerment for all—men, women, and children. Whether wearing my nurse’s cap, guiding my family, mentoring my peers, or pouring love into my community, I believe deeply in spreading Love, Peace, and Happiness. To me, life is about loving hard, laughing often, and living every moment to the fullest—because tomorrow is never promised. Why I Became a Co Founder of Omega Xi Delta Sorority, Incorporated My answer is simple and powerful: I wanted to be part of a phenomenal group of women—leaders who see a bigger, brighter future for others. Women who choose to be the change they want to see. Women who praise and uplift, not judge. Women who enrich, encourage, and empower. We deserve people like us in our lives. A woman of many hats—nurse, mother, sister, friend, aunt, cousin, soon-to-be wife—I never stop moving. There may never be enough hours in my day, but every hour I spend is filled with purpose, passion, and positivity. My mission remains clear: To care. To lead. To love. To uplift. And to leave a legacy of light for other like-minded women to follow. I Am PHI’rst CLΩSS… And proud of it!
